WHO can register to vote?
In order to register to vote in the State of Florida, you must be:
- 18 years of age or older (or will be 18 at the next election)
- United States citizen
- Florida resident
- Not adjudicated mentally incapacitated with respect to voting in Florida or any other state
- Not a convicted felon without your right to vote restored (Amendment 4 information)
- Have a current and valid Florida Driver License, Florida Identification card number, OR know the last four digits of your Social Security number
HOW do I register to vote?
You can register online for the first time, update your address, or change party affiliation. Of course, we would prefer you to register as a Democrat!
